Safety is of the utmost importance at All-Phase. Every new hire working "in the field" is required to complete ten hours of OSHA safety training (30 hours for supervisors). They also participate in follow-up classes that may pertain to a specific job or piece of equipment they will be operating. All training is provided by our in-house safety coordinator. Qualified applicants for employment undergo a drug screen and background check.
